Former Barcelona star Deco believes Neymar will be frustrated not getting a move away from PSG.

Deco is convinced regrets leaving Barca two years ago.

Now a player's agent, Deco told AS: "It is very difficult to speak when you do not know the whole truth, we know a little about what we read in the press.

"Neymar since he left had one eye to return, because it is normal. It was his decision and it is very difficult to adapt to another club. When you are happy, you're happy, he made a decision and he knows inside, not that he did wrong, but he was comfortable where he was.

"Football is not just finance, it is also being at ease and happy. He is a professional, he is a spectacular guy. But I understand that the club (PSG) does not want to lose a player like him and I understand that Barcelona wants him to return. They are complicated situations."
