Brighton manager Roberto De Zerbi is keen to give more of his input in transfer matters.
The Albion are looking to retain the highly rated Italian coach after a blistering start under him this season.
De Zerbi replaced Graham Potter with the season already underway, with Brighton presently seventh in the Premier League.
Per The Mail, De Zerbi may be tempted by bigger jobs when the summer comes around.
However, he does believe there is a lot that can be achieved at Brighton.
What he wants is more control on transfers, while Brighton tend to have the coach in charge of training, selection and tactics.
