Heerenveen defender Marten de Roon has warned Daley Sinkgraven about moving to Manchester United.
The young midfielder has been linked with United this season.
"I hope and think that he will stay with us beyond the winter transfer window," said De Roon, "but he will surely go to a big club in the summer.
"But will he find a place with Angel Di María and Juan Mata at Manchester United? Surely not, surely?
"So I would advise him to make an intermediate step."
