Former Manchester City midfielder Nigel de Jong has taken aim at Tottenham ace Dele Alli.
De Jong says Alli wasn't good enough last week as Spurs were bounced out of the Champions League by RB Leipzig.
He stated: "He must be one of the more experienced players in the team now.
"The mentality was not right! I don't understand that. I want to always win games as a player. Of course you can lose games, that's normal. But show that your work ethic is unparalleled.
"You have to have that work ethic and mindset to try to win matches. The coach has only a limited influence. They didn't show it and this has been going on for a while. They need to change quickly in the locker room."
