Neves stars for Wolves in the Premier League, where he has impressed this season.

And Ajax man De Jong is rated as one of the best midfield prospects in Europe.

The Evening Standard claims that manager Pep Guardiola wants a signing in January, as he believes his squad needs depth for the knockout phase of the Champions League.
