Manchester City's Dutch midfielder, Nigel de Jong, feels the Eastlands outfit is more than capable of a top five finish next season. Speaking to Sky Sports News, he said: "We have to raise our level both on the pitch and off it, be more professional and fight for our goal, which is to win prizes."
When asked whether Mark Hughes' side could win the league, De Jong replied, "It's too early to say that. I can only give hope. We hope to perform well. Everyone is expecting a lot from us and our opponents will be looking to prove us wrong.
"A good finish will be top five."
