David De Gea's mooted move to Real Madrid could now be in doubt according to various Spanish publications.
It was believed that Manchester United and the Spanish giants had agreed a £29million fee for the 24-year-old goalkeeper, with Keylor Navas heading to Old Trafford, but the paperwork did not arrive at La Liga's headquarters on time.
Spain's transfer window closed at midnight.
Some outlets in Madrid are claiming that the relevant paperwork for De Gea/Navas transfer didn't arrive at the league in time. Drama.
