Former Netherlands coach Frank de Boer says Wout Weghorst is loved by his managers for two reasons.

Weghorst has been immense since arriving on loan at Manchester United in January.

He has started nearly every game since his transfer, netting one goal against Nottingham Forest.

“He [Weghorst] has qualities that others can benefit from," de Boer said, per FC Update.

“Sometimes strikers are very selfish, but he does so much defensive work. He knows his qualities. That's why he is so loved by coaches.

“His efficiency is incredibly high. Everyone knows that the Premier League is the competition with the highest level and fantastic central defenders."
