Tottenham skipper Michael Dawson insists they're not giving up on a top four finish.
There is a growing anxiety among supporters that another season will end in disappointment.
But Dawson says: "We have had to show a lot of character this season.
"To concede six at Manchester City, five against Liverpool and then five against City at home was a massive blow. Those performances were not good enough. We had to deal with a managerial change but we have shown a lot of character and spirit to come back and be in the position we are in. We could have lied down and felt sorry for ourselves but we stuck together and are still right in the mix."
