Former Manchester City striker David Oldfield has taken charge at QPR.
Oldfield will be overseeing first-team training until the club names a replacement for Jimmy Floyd Hasselbaink.
Hasselbaink was sacked on Saturday following a 1-1 draw at Nottingham Forest.
A statement on QPR's official website on Tuesday said: "David Oldfield will take charge of first-team training on Wednesday...(and) until the club appoints a full-time successor to Jimmy Floyd Hasselbaink. The club will be making no further comment at this time."
