David Luiz is in line for a shock EXIT from Arsenal this summer.

Sky Sports says the veteran defender could be set to leave the club on a free transfer at the end of the season.

It was widely reported when he arrived from Chelsea last summer that the Brazilian had signed a two-year contract.

However, Sky say they have learned that the deal was actually only for a year and that no new talks are planned.

Interestingly, Luiz stated over the weekend an ambition to return to Benfica before he hangs up the boots.
