Norwich City have confirmed their promotion back to the Premier League.
Norwich return to the top flight following a 2-1 win against Blackburn at Carrow Road.
Goals from Marco Stipermann and Mario Vrancic inside the first 22 minutes proved enough despite Lewis Travis halving the deficit almost immediately, and Norwich will win the title if avoiding defeat at Aston Villa in their final league game.
Norwich defender Jamal Lewis praised manager Daniel Farke after the Canaries secured promotion.
He said on Sky Sports: "He puts his faith in us. Our team is so young but so hungry, and we're ready for the Prem.
"It's been an amazing season. It's a moment I'll never forget."
Norwich underwent major changes over the summer after finishing in 14th place last season, with several of their leading players being sold.
Manager Farke said: "This feeling is amazing. We have achieved something really extraordinary.
"The Championship for me is without any doubt the toughest league in the world, so many games and each and every game is pretty close.
"It's a great achievement, especially under this financial pressure and also with so many young lads.
"We had so much financial pressure on this club and we had to sell some of our best players, we had to be creative with our recruitment and also bring through many many lads from our academy."
