Spurs announced on Wednesday that they have secured the young striker a new contract, the agreement between the two parties will run until the summer of 2026.
Scarlett already made his Premier League debut last season and also saw action in the Europa Conference League.
The 18-year-old forward has made seven first team appearances for Spurs this season, most recently as a second-half substitute in the 4-0 win over Leeds United in February.
