The father of Borussia Dortmund striker Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang is in London as talks with Arsenal intensify.

Pierre-Francois also doubles as Aubameyang's agent and has jetted into London to finalise his £53million move to Arsenal, says BILD.

The Gabon international looks set for a switch to the North London club with his dad ready to push the deal through.

His father has flown into the British capital to get the agreement over the line.

Aubameyang has pleaded with Dortmund to let him go and play under Arsene Wenger at the Emirates after his third disciplinary-related suspension in recent months.

Arsene Wenger wants the forward to replace the out-going Alexis Sanchez, who looks to be heading for Manchester United in a cash-plus-player deal.
