The father of Ilkay Gundogan can see the midfielder to leave Borussia Dortmund in the summer. The midfielder is a top target for Real Madrid and Manchester United.
Gundogan is currently recovering from a back injury.
His father and agent Irfan Gundogan told Kicker that his son's primary concern was to return to full fitness, and only then would they seriously discuss his future. He insisted, though, that "everything is open".
