Swansea City caretaker boss Alan Curtis has admitted interest in QPR defender Steven Caulker.

Caulker spent a season on loan at the Liberty Stadium, and has been linked with a January return to the club for whom he made 26 appearances during the 2011-12 campaign.

"In his first season for us, Steven did great," said caretaker boss Curtis.

"He's playing at QPR at the moment. But someone of Steve's stature would be great."
