Former Chelsea goalkeeper Carlo Cudicini doesn't believe Roman Abramovich's ambitions have been downgraded.
Cudicini, now with LA Galaxy, admits it's clear the Russian's spending in the transfer market has declined.
But he told TMW: "Abramovich came to Chelsea with a hatchet, or with a lot of money to spend.
"Now the situation has changed, but ambitions in my opinion are just the same: to make the club among the best in Europe."
