Juan Cuadrado was delighted to be part of Fiorentina's victory over Inter Milan.
Fiorentina thumped Inter 3-0, with Khouma Babacar and Cuadrado both getting on the scoresheet.
"I am very happy with the game we played against an excellent side like Inter," the Colombian told Sky Sport Italia.
"The Viola fans deserved this victory. I am happy for my first goal in Serie A this season. My knee hurts, but I wanted to play and thankfully it all went well.
"This is the football that the people of this city are accustomed to seeing. If we play like this, then we will go far."
