Yannick Bolasie farewelled Crystal Palace on Sunday as he travelled to Merseyside for a medical with Everton.
Reports suggest that the winger has said his goodbyes to the Eagles staff and players having spent the past four years in South London.
It is understood that Bolasie, 27, will cost the Toffees an initial £25million plus add-ons that could take the deal to £30m, making him the club's most expensive signing.
DR Congo international Bolasie will have a medical with Everton on Monday prior to completing his transfer to Goodison Park from Selhurst Park.
Palace are likely to use the funds received from the sale to lure Liverpool's Christian Benteke, West Bromwich Albion's Saido Berahino or Manchester United's Ashley Young.
