Blackburn Rovers star striker Jordan Rhodes is being eyed up by Premier League duo Crystal Palace and Swansea City.

Rhodes has arguably been one of the most prolific strikers in the Championship over the last few years and the 25-year old has been courted by a host of Premier League clubs.

Acording to reports, the likes of Palace and the Swans are interested in Rhodes while Championship duo Derby County and Nottingham Forest are also pursuing the Scotland international.
