Crystal Palace striker Alexander Sorloth admits he's delighted to be off the mark.

Sorloth scored his first goal for the club in the League Cup win against Swansea City.

"It slightly lifted the pressure from my shoulders," he told VG. "It shows that I can score goals at this level.

"It gave me good self-esteem, and I look forward to getting started with the Premier League game after the national team break."

Sorloth joined Palace in January from FC Midtjylland.
