Bournemouth have reportedly made an offer for Crystal Palace's Glenn Murray.
According to Sky Sports, the Cherries have lodged a bid with the Eagles for 31-year-old Murray who netted seven Premier League goals in 17 appearances for the South Londoners last season.
With Palace having signed Connor Wickham from Sunderland for £9million, there is room to move for Alan Pardew who could quite possibly part ways with Murray, having also brought in Patrick Bamford on loan from Chelsea.
Bournemouth boss Eddie Howe is desperate to continue strengthening his squad with experienced players and hopes to add Murray to a summer signing sheet that already includes Max Gradel, Lee Tomlin, Sylvain Distin, Artur Boruc and Tyrone Mings.
