Saido Berahino has been offered a new and improved contract by West Bromwich Albion.
The 22-year-old striker is believed to be stalling on the signing of the new deal as the likes of Crystal Palace, Stoke City and Watford continue to circle.
Albion chairman Jeremy Peace has proposed a £55,000-a-week contract to Berahino but it appears as though the forward will leave The Hawthorns this summer.
Palace, the Potters and the Hornets are the latest clubs to be showing considerable interest but want Berahino for £10m, while the Baggies are looking for closer to £20m, even though he is out of contract next summer.
