Crystal Palace must stay up if they're to sign Getafe goalkeeper Vicente Guaita.

The Eagles recently confirmed that a pre-contract agreement had been signed with the Getafe goalkeeper, which will see him join Palace on July 1 when his contract with the La Liga side expires.

At the time, Palace boss Roy Hodgson said: "We have signed a pre-contract with Vicente Guaita so he will join us on the first of July."

However, Marca is reporting that should Palace be relegated, there is a clause that would mean Guaita would not make the move.
