Crystal Palace remain keen on Venezuela captain Tomas Rincon.

The Sun says Palace will go to battle in January with AC Milan and Inter Milan for Rincon.

The Genoa star was on Palace's radar during the summer transfer window with the Eagles prepared to bid up to £7.5million.

However reports in Italy suggest that was around £1m less for the 77-cap international than the Serie A club wanted – a price that the London side were not prepared to meet.
