Crystal Palace push Charlton Athletic to discuss Lookman terms

Crystal Palace are pushing Charlton Athletic to discuss terms over Ademola Lookman.

The London Evening Standard says Palace are reported to have made a £4million bid for Lookman but Charlton do not want to sell the 18-year-old striker.

It is thought Palace would have to significantly increase their offer for Charlton to even consider letting Lookman leave.

Charlton have a history of selling their best young players and have lost the likes of Jordan Cousins, Joe Gomez and Diego Poyet in the last two years.

But chief executive Katrien Meire has no plans to sell Lookman, an England Under-19 international who has made six appearances for Charlton this season.
