Crystal Palace assistant boss Keith Millen is looking for a positive cup run after the Eagles disposed of Charlton Athletic in the third round of the Capital One Cup.
The Eagles defeated the Addicks 4-1 at Selhurst Park on Wednesday night to inject some positivity into a potential winning streak in the league cup.
Millen said: "It was a performance that we wanted from the whole team, we had players who needed game time.
"We want to go as far as we can, we are in the last 16 and it's been a while since we had a cup run."
But it's easier said than done as the Eagles have to travel to Manchester City for their fourth round clash in late October.
