Crystal Palace will need to splash£30million if they want to land Christian Benteke from Liverpool.
The Eagles had a massive £32m bid for Marseille's Michy Batshuayi turned down this week and with the Belgian striker set to join Chelsea, will now have to look elsewhere.
Multiple reports suggest that Alan Pardew is now prepared to focus his attention on Batshuayi's Belgium teammate Benteke as he seeks a proven goalscorer.
However, The Telegraph reports that in order for the Reds to listen, Palace must offer at least the aforementioned fee, so as to recoup the £32.5m they paid Aston Villa for the 25-year-old last summer.
Jurgen Klopp recently signed Sadio Mane from Southampton which has freed a pathway for Benteke who is currently away the Belgians at Euro2016.
