Crystal Palace are facing a tribunal hearing over the fee they'll owe to West Brom for Nathan Ferguson.
The 19-year-old, as expected, signed a three year deal with Palace on Tuesday after allowing his contract to run down at Albion.
The clubs had agreed an £11million transfer in January with add ons only for Ferguson to fail a medical due to a knee injury, says the Daily Mail.
He did not play again for Albion but they are due compensation as he is under 23.
However, the clubs have so far failed to find a compromise.
