Crystal Palace defender Jairo Riedeweld says they were pleased with their 2-2 draw at Manchester City.

The Dutchman again impressed on the day.

He told AD: "Everyone was happy.

"We tried to hold onto the lead, but City is so dangerous with all the moves, attacks and tactics they have. I was alternating with Raheem Sterling, Bernardo Silva and Kevin De Bruyne. All those profound people, all those playing actions.

"They are so strong attacking. You try to prepare for it, but it is always different than you think."
