Crystal Palace boss Patrick Vieira had mixed emotions after their 1-1 draw against Newcastle United.
Christian Benteke struck for Palace, with Callum Wilson on the scoresheet for Newcastle.
Vieira said it's "difficult to ask more from my players," but admitted the south Londoners needed to be more clinical to ensure victory.
"I think the way they [players] commit on the field, the way they work on the field, they give everything. I think the clinical side of the game we need to improve. We created enough chances to score more than one goal today and didn't [score], so when you don't score the second goal you're giving hope to the opposition team.
"We created enough chances to win the game. But all credit to Newcastle. I think they worked hard at the back and made it really difficult for us. We managed to create a couple of chances and didn't take them. So we need to keep working because what we want is to win games.
"The results are as important as the performance. Obviously I'm pleased with the performances we've had but I'm not satisfied yet because obviously we want to win football matches.
"We will keep working hard, we will keep improving because I think there's more to come."
