Crystal Palace boss Roy Hodgson is now considering a move for free agent Yaya Toure.

The Mirror says Palace are weighing up making a move for former Manchester City midfielder Toure who is is a free agent.

Toure was last week released by Greek outside Olympiakos after making just five appearances in his three months at the club.

The ex Barcelona man believes that he still has a lot to offer a Premier League club and is keen to find himself a club in the New Year.

Toure, 35, who left City in the summer has based his family in the capital and is looking for a club in the London area.
