Crystal Palace boss Roy Hodgson is delighted with his new two-year deal.
Now 71, Hodgson shows few signs of slowing down.
"I'm out there every day doing the things I love, that I have passion for, working with footballers and I feel good enough to do it still," he said.
"I don't think about my age very often. I have my good days and bad days but I had them at 26 too."
He is in his 43rd season as a manager but his approach remains as enthusiastic as ever.
"I suppose you could lose the desire to go out in all weathers with a group of players to do the coaching and the work to prepare for the games, but luckily I haven't yet. My enthusiasm and energy levels haven't dropped. One day I won't fancy getting up but at the moment it's the opposite. I sometimes enjoy a day's training more than a day off."
