Crystal Palace agree fee with Sunderland for Wickham

Crystal Palace are set to sign Connor Wickham from Sunderland.

According to Sky Sports, the Eagles have agreed a £9million fee, plus add-ons, with the Black Cats for the 22-year-old striker.

Wickham has been at the Stadium of Light since joining from Ipswich Town in 2011 and has scored 15 goals in 91 appearances for the Wearside club.

The former England U21 international is set to join Chelsea loanee Patrick Bamford, French midfielder Yohan Cabaye and goalkeeper Alex McCarthy as Alan Pardew's new summer additions at Selhurst Park.
