Crystal Palace admit defeat in pursuit of Hearts Nade

A lack of money has forced Crystal Palace boss Neil Warnock to end his interest in Hearts striker Christian Nade. Warnock will not be bidding again for Nade because Palace chairman Simon Jordan is trying to sell the Coca-Cola Championship side.

"I like him as a player but we've got no money," Warnock said in the Edinburgh Evening News.

"The chairman is trying to sell the club so I don't see anything happening. We're playing the kids at the moment.

"That's the way it will remain until the club is sold, so we just have to get on with it. I don't think we are the only club in this sort of position."
