Tottenham are showing significant interest in Croatian youngster Andrija Balic according to reports.
The Daily Mail suggests that Spurs sporting director Franco Baldini has held talks with Hajduk Split regarding the summer transfer of 16-year old midfielder Balic.
It is believed that Tottenham are willing to pay around £1.8million for the young gun, who has represented Croatia at U18 level, but Split are looking at closer to £4.5m.
However, it appears as though Spurs could receive competition from the likes of Ajax, Borussia Dortmund and Marseille who have all been credited with interest in Balic.
