Croatian great Darijo Srna has been working with the Manchester City coaching staff this week.

Srna is currently assistant manager of Shakhtar Donetsk and just completed a week's work experience at the City campus.

Writing on social media, the former wing-back stated: "Dear friends, thank you for your hospitality.

"It was a pleasure to spend time with you. It was a great experience to learn from the best trainer (Pep Guardiola) in the world and his amazing team.

"Good luck, Man City."
