Hernan Crespo concedes Juventus are favourites ahead of Friday's clash with Inter Milan.

The Nerazzurri are currently 11 points behind the league leaders.

Former Inter striker Crespo said: “Like it or not, Juventus start as favourites.

“Inter are crazy though, anything could happen, they've shown that in several matches this year, winning them at the end.

“In a one-off game, the Nerazzurri can hurt the Bianconeri."

Following Friday's match, Luciano Spalletti's side face a crucial Champions League clash with PSV.

“It's crucial for 1,000 reasons, not just for qualification. With a very complicated group, and many years of absence, it would mean so much for Inter."
