Bolton Wanderers boss Owen Coyle has no doubts he's the right man for the job.
Coyle is under huge pressure after a dismal start to the season.
He said: "I have absolutely no lack of confidence or self-belief. The bottom line is that I'm a better manager now than I've ever been.
"The nature of football is that if you have a run that you don't like, you want to be changing things. But I've had seven years in management and success along the way.
"We've had injuries, a difficult set of fixtures and decisions against us, but I don't want to be hiding behind what people perceive as excuses.
"We know we've got the players to start winning and climbing the table, so let's not over-analyse the situation because that can be detrimental."
