Coyle confident Muamba return won't distract Bolton players tonight

Bolton Wanderers boss Owen Coyle is confident his players will keep their focus on beating Tottenham.

Coyle insists Fabrice Muamba's return must not distract his players from what is a crucial game in their survival battle.

Wanderers have traditionally done well in home matches against Spurs and another win would see them take a huge leap towards safety.

Coyle said: "The players are speaking to Fabrice and they know he is doing very well and recovering at a great pace, which is the news we all craved.

"Regards the football, we have our own jobs to do and we must continue to do it. Our chances of staying up have always been the same - in our own hands.

"I certainly believe we have enough quality to do that."
