Coventry City boss Iain Dowie is chasing two experienced Premiership players.

Dowie wants to sign ex-Liverpool midfielder David Thompson and former Arsenal striker Paul Dickov.

Dowie, who is planning a shake-up of his squad, wants Thompson and Dickov to bring experience to his team after they were freed by Bolton and Manchester City respectively.
