Achraf Lazaar insists he's not thinking about his future at Newcastle United.

Lazaar is currently enjoying another spell in Italy - this time with second-tier side Cosenza - and has one more year left on his deal on Tyneside.

The 28-year-old admits he is due to sit-down with the club's hierarchy in the summer to discuss his future, but has shelved discussions on the subject until his current spell in Italy is finished.

Lazaar told HITC: “At the end of the season, with Newcastle, we will assess what is best for both of us,"

“Right now, I'm focusing on Cosenza."
