Jack Cork is ready to leave Chelsea.
The Daily Mail says England Under 21 midfielder Cork is ready to leave Chelsea in the summer.
Cork, 21, who has been on loan at Burnley all season, said: "My aim has always been to get a club permanently."
The youngster has also had spells on loan at Coventry, Watford, Southampton, Scunthorpe and Bournemouth.
