COP THAT! Man Utd stars set to lose millions after Huddersfield draw

Manchester United's stars will take a 25 per cent pay cut after missing out on Champions League qualification.

The Red Devils' chances of finishing in the top-four were ended with a 1-1 draw at Huddersfield on Sunday.

Manager Ole Gunnar Solskjaer wants a major clear-out of his squad this summer and some of the players who stay will be receiving a loss in wages.

The Sun says United have clauses in their players contracts which protects the club from a drop in revenue that derives from missing out on Europe's premier competition.

Star midfielder Paul Pogba is set to lose £3.9m a year, while flop Alexis Sanchez will lose £6.5m a year.

David De Gea will also be down £2.6m and Romelu Lukaku will miss out on £3.25m.
