Steve Cook insists Bournemouth teammate Junior Stanislas is just the match-winner the club needs to avoid relegation.

The winger made his first appearance since December in the 2-1 defeat to Liverpool earlier this month, before games were suspended due to the coronavirus outbreak.

And Cook says it is imperative Stanislas can remain fit when games resume.

He told the Daily Echo: "We know how good a player Junior is and the ability he's got.

"I think June came off against Liverpool to keep him fresh.

"June has got all the ability in the world, we need to keep him fit, he can be a real match-winner for us - great character around the lads and that's what we need."
