Sunderland youngster Jordan Cook hopes a long run in the FA Youth Cup can help establish a pro career either with the Black Cats or elsewhere.
The striker said: "I'm just focused on my football at this stage and trying to succeed at Sunderland, but I know there are scouts from others clubs always watching so, if I didn't make the breakthrough here, hopefully another club would come in for me. I'm a second year and I've been told I'm getting another year so I'll hopefully be in the reserve team next year, that's the aim for us now."
