Lee Cook has returned to QPR after his loan at Leyton Orient finished.
The 29-year old winger spent two months at Brisbane Road, making nine appearances for the O's, but will be back at Loftus Road for the rest of the season.
Cook, who was hardly used by Neil Warnock, will try and force his way into Mark Hughes' squad for the second half of the campaign.
