West Ham's Bellamy in hot water at Ipswich

West Ham striker Craig Bellamy may've landed himself in hot water during last night's friendly against Ipswich.

The Sun says Bellamy limped off in a friendly at Ipswich with yet another injury.

And he was then involved in an incident with fans as he walked down the touchline.

Bellamy was alleged to have sworn at a fan although no official complaint was made.

Both clubs are investigating and police were made aware.

Bellamy's suspected hamstring injury is the latest blow for West Ham boss Alan Curbishley after midfielder Kieron Dyer suffered a setback in his recovery from a broken leg.

Curbs said last night: "It is too early to say what the extent of the injury is.

"We took him off as a precaution - hopefully before the injury got too serious. We will assess him tomorrow."
