West Brom boss Tony Mowbray is ready to bid for Dundee midfielder Kevin McDonald.
The Daily Record says West Brom know they will not land McDonald on the cheap after the Dens Park outfit rejected a £250,000 bid from Burnley boss Owen Coyle on Thursday.
