West Brom defender Paul Robinson admits he's trying to lose his 'Mad Dog' image.
He said: "I'm trying to move on from this 'Mad Dog' tag - I think 'Lame Dog' would be far better!
"I'm not going to pull out of a tackle if the ball is there but I feel more chilled out and relaxed now. I enjoy my football a lot more and I'm not so tense. I think I've cleaned up my act because I've had to. People look up to me and I have to set an example.
"I don't want my kids going to school kicking people. It wouldn't be good for me going to see the teacher. I want to play every minute to try and help West Brom stay up. I want to help my team-mates and I'm no good to them if I'm sat in the stands or walking down the tunnel."
